Project Worker

Rachael has just recently joined Signpost Care Partnership as a project worker based at the Milldown Unit at Blandford Hospital. her role as a Project Worker, is to work alongside clients with enduring mental health problems and to assist them in their day to day living and maintaining their tenancies. Prior to joining Signpost, Rachael worked on a trumatic brain injury ward at Poole Hospital encouraging people back to being as independent as possible she also worked as a Residentail Manager for a 9 bedded respite setting at Holton. Rachael is currently studing for her NVQ 4 in care management and an NVA assessors award, so she spends a lot of her time on this. Rachael enjoys socialising with her friends and going to the gym.
